HOW TO DEAL WITH LOOSE THETH
When I was a child, loose teeth indicated that the baby teeth were about to fall out and be replaced with adult teeth. However, loose teeth are not only experienced by children, but also adults. So that your daily activities are not disturbed because of this dental problem, let's peel thoroughly how to deal with loose teeth properly.1.Salt water Salt has long been known to have a myriad of benefits for oral health when used as a natural mouthwash. When your teeth start to feel loose and uncomfortable, immediately rinse your mouth with salt water. Salt water can eradicate bacteria and relieve infection in the gums that make your teeth shake. You simply mix 1/2 tablespoon of salt water in a glass of warm water. Then, gargle for about a minute and spit out the water. After that, clean and brush your teeth as usual. Do this method 2-3 times a day. Apart from dealing with loose teeth, gargling salt water can also be a natural way to prevent periodontitis2. Turmeric Research has found that curcumin compounds in turmeric have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibiotic properties that can relieve toothache or gingivitis. Research published in the Journal of Natural Science, Biology, and Medicine even reveals that turmeric can be used as a mouthwash for gingivitis. There are many ways to deal with loose teeth with turmeric, for example making turmeric as toothpaste. All you need to do is mix one medium-sized segment of turmeric that has been finely ground with coconut oil and baking soda.3. Cloves source: Natural Pigments Cloves as a way to overcome loose teeth The content of eugenol compounds in cloves can help relieve swollen gums and kill bacteria that cause infection in the mouth. Research published in the Journal of Dentistry reveals that the compound eugenol in cloves can also relieve pain naturally. To overcome the accompanying symptoms of loose teeth, you can bite a whole clove stem in the area of the tooth that hurts. If you only have clove oil at home, you can attach a cotton ball that has been dipped in the oil.4. Ice cubes The fastest and most effective way to reduce the throbbing sensation caused by rocking teeth is with a cold compress. The cold temperature will numb the tooth nerves so that the pain will gradually subside. Wrap a few ice cubes in a clean cloth or washcloth. Then, stick the cloth on the problematic part of the tooth for a few minutes. Do this method several times or until the pain is completely gone. If you don't have ice cubes available, you don't need to worry. Another way to deal with loose teeth is to rinse your mouth with cold water. However, don't rinse your mouth too fast, because this can make your teeth shake even more.
