Here are some tips for choosing a toothbrush:

1. Select a toothbrush that has a straight handle, not curved so that the pressure applied is even. If we brush our teeth too hard it will damage the tooth enamel or cause tooth abrasion
2. Choose a toothbrush made of nylon, the ends are rounded, smooth (soft – medium), not hard, and the bristles are the same length (even) so that when we brush our teeth it doesn't irritate the gums and doesn't damage the tooth enamel.
3. Pay attention to the end of the toothbrush head must be rounded and smaller so that it can enter the deepest part of the teeth and start reaching all areas.

Here are things you also need to know about toothbrushes:

-After brushing your teeth, clean the toothbrush head and bristles in running water. -Do not store toothbrushes in damp areas. -Place the toothbrush on a shelf or in an open cup so the bristles can dry. -When placing a toothbrush, avoid direct touch between one toothbrush and another, because microbes can migrate through direct contact between the two. -Toothbrushes need to be replaced if the bristles have changed shape or the color has faded (once every 2-3 months). -Do not use the same toothbrush / share a toothbrush with family members / other people.
